We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to lead strategic change initiatives for a sales organization that is forging a new path starting with high-impact Sales operating model, g- to-market, and process transformations initiatives.

As the OCM, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering and driving:
- Successful adoption of new processes, tools, ways of working, and related behavior/cultural shifts
- Cross-functional collaboration and multi-directional communication between workstreams, teams, organizations, enterprise partners, and connected change initiatives to build program and stakeholder management muscle at RapidScale
- Stakeholder management and engagement by ensuring our people and our leaders are informed, involved, and empowered, and present every step of the way
- Overarching sales enablement through the development of training assets, communication campaigns and channels, and change activities to bring this audience on the transformation journey
- Creation and management of typical change deliverables and activities
- Strong relationships with other OCM practitioners and partner teams/resources to realize efficiencies and create consistent change experiences for all stakeholders
- Clear, holistic OCM Strategy to drive the success of mission-critical programs
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies that align with business objectives and project/program goals across all in-scope sales transformation initiatives and related programs
- Deliver a Change Impact Analysis and resulting recommended actions/strategic approaches to communication, enablement, training, stakeholder management, and business readiness.
- Proactively identify and address resistance to change using proven frameworks and data-driven insights.
- Partner closely with project leaders, technical teams, HR, and business stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop mitigation plans.
- Design, administer, and analyze longitudinal change surveys
- Align change management efforts with organizational goals, culture, and employee experience.
- Coach leaders at all levels on their role in change, equipping them with tools and guidance to support their teams.
- Facilitate focus groups or develop and drive other stakeholder management activities for impacted audiences
- Provide support and co-management of an established change network; identify Sales Change Influencers for participation and partnership
- Develop and launch strategic communication plans and tactical execution that clearly articulate the "why," "what," and "how" of change, fostering transparency and excitement
- Conduct training needs analysis and related tactical asset delivery sprint plan to create learning experiences that prepare impacted employees and other stakeholders for success with new systems, tools, and workflows.
- Facilitate and manage hands-to-keyboards change activities for technology previews ahead of go live
- Provide agile and responsive go-live support
- Monitor adoption and usage metrics; gather feedback and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continued momentum and impact.

- Develop appropriate hypercare support and close out of all OCM deliverables, business readiness measurement, and delivery of a sustained adoption plan and handoff to appropriate business owners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Sociology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
- 4+ years of experience in change management or organizational development, preferably in Sales organizations or as part of a dedicated transformation capability/team
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level change initiatives, including communication and training strategies
- Creativity, design thinking, and intellectual curiosity
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges, ACMP etc.)
- Experience supporting technology implementations-preferably Salesforce
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying solutions, and balancing strategic and tactical priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Experience in the cloud or managed services industry
- Experience producing high-impact communications and enablement materials (e.g., videos, digital learning, workshops)
USD 89,400.00 - 134,000.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $89,400.00 - $134,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
