Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues and handle office projects — building, moving, and setting up equipment around HQ.
- Keep the space organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox; respond to requests.
- Manage inventory and ordering for snacks, food, and office supplies.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Source, procure, and maintain office equipment.
- Support workplace culture initiatives: town halls, happy hours, team events.
- Support hardware fulfillment.

The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. The hourly rate for this position is $20–25/hr, based on experience and proficiency.
