Operations Associate, Courier Onboarding

At Wolt, we're building the delivery of (almost) everything — and our courier supply team is at the heart of making that happen. We operate across 30+ countries, and in Kazakhstan we're growing fast.

Our Supply Operations team owns the full courier lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding to activation and retention. We're looking for an Operations Associate to join us in Almaty and take ownership of how we onboard couriers at scale: designing better processes, identifying where things break, and building the infrastructure that makes our onboarding consistently high quality across the South region.

• Analyse onboarding funnel data to identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Design and document workflows that improve registration-to-first delivery activation rates across Kazakhstan and South region markets
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and regional ops colleagues to align onboarding initiatives
• Track and report on key onboarding metrics, maintaining operational structure across multiple workstreams
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, communication, and process documentation
• Coordinate with external partners including fleet partners and onboarding vendors

• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English — all three are required for this role
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel — you're comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data tracking
• You actively use AI tools as part of how you work
• Fast learner with high learning agility — you pick up new tools, processes, and domain knowledge quickly and independently
• Self-sufficient — you figure things out on your own, ask the right questions, and don't wait to be told what to do
• Based in Almaty with the possibility to work four days a week from the office with one optional work from home day

This is a role with real ownership and visibility — you'll be shaping how courier onboarding works across Kazakhstan and the broader South region, which spans Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Albania, Kosovo, Georgia, and Azerbaijan, with direct impact on supply growth in one of Wolt's active expansion markets. You'll work closely with regional and international colleagues daily, in an environment that moves fast and rewards initiative.
