What you will do:
- As a Account Manager at Ericsson in Central Asia, you will play a key role in driving revenue/ profits and building client relationships.
- Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio (mobile operators), maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Innovatively create strategies that result in customer expansion and business growth for Ericsson.
- Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions from Ericsson portfolio with focus on RAN/ Transmission.
- Presenting our products or services to clients and clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
- Collaborating with internal Ericsson resources (Pre-sales, Commercial Management, Supply, Delivery, Compliance, etc.) to effectively design and sell comprehensive end-to-end solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.
- Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position Ericsson as Technological and Thought Leader in the market and maintain a competitive edge.
- Actively engage in market analysis, understanding the current trends to guide business decisions.
- Mitigate business risks through effective and strategic management practices.
- Develop our sales targets and take action to achieve it while managing progress and challenges.
- Smoothly transition from sales to operations, ensuring seamless implementation and execution.
- Cultivate and foster both internal and external relationships to positively contribute to the success of our customers and Ericsson.
- Lead projects and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the achievement of our strategic goals.
- Follow Compliance processes and ensure integrity.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience (ideally 10+ years) as an account manager (sales representative) or in a similar sales or customer service role within a mobile telecommunications vendor.
- Deep understanding of RAN/Transmission technologies.
- Experience working in global cross-functional matrix organizations distributed geographically.
- Experience and deep understanding of compliance processes in a global public company.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering.
- Customer expansion and account management expertise.
- Proficiency in insight selling, contract negotiation, and commercial management.
- Strong sales presentation, situational agility, and consultative selling abilities.
- Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.
- Market analysis and business risk management skills.
- Understanding of procurement processes in mobile telecom operators, especially state-owned.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Effective storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client information, track leads, and monitor sales performance.
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).

- Proficiency in Kazakh, Uzbek or Turkish languages.
