About this opportunity:
At Ericsson, we are seeking an HR Direct Agent to add to our dynamic and inclusive team. This opportunity will see you delivering professional and effective HR support, handling inquiries, and participating in HR projects to address the needs of our diverse organization - both managers and employees. Your work will be pivotal in contributing to HR procedural improvements, keeping us on top of the latest HR information, and taking lead on the status reports of all HR delivery tasks.
You Will:
- Provide 1st line support for managers and employees on processes, products and tools pertaining to HR and act as ambassador to promote the interests and reputation of HR globally.
- To provide an HR transactional service in relation to all Global & Local tools and processes like SuccessFactors, ITM, CCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
- Resolve and Support employee's queries through Web, Emails, Chat, Phone.
- To contribute in building the detailed knowledge and skills of colleagues in the wider HR Direct Team to further develop the services provided.
- To contribute and recommend changes and improvements in the further development of HR fraternity.
- To work closely with other colleagues in HR, supporting and covering as necessary to provide and ensure an efficient service to customers.
- To be responsible for your own personal development in the role of HR Direct Representative.
- Ensure Collaborative learning through an up to date knowledge bank about the services provided.
- Ensure that applicable queries are passed on to the correct HR team, progress is monitored and resolution is met within the agreed SLA.
- Follow-up from time to time with Global 2nd line teams as applicable to get a resolution and inform the end-user.
Skills you will bring:
- Minimum Graduate, HR Diploma / PG / MBA will be an advantage.
- 1 -3 years' experience in any HR work stream or customer service process, preferably on employee support processes or ideally within HR Delivery.
- Strong interpersonal-, presentation, and communication skills. You are also service-minded, prestige less, and a team-player
- Must be fluent in English - written and verbal, Language Expert: Mandarin, Spanish & French.
- High customer service focus and troubleshooting experience, interfacing with functions/people.
- Keen learning orientation.
- Open to work in rotational/night shifts 24*7
- Exposure to HRMS & SuccessFactors
