The OEM Services Program Manager is responsible for aligning digital marketing and retailing strategies for large, complex OEM clients with Dealer.com and Cox Automotive solutions. This role ensures delivery against OEM and intermediary agreements through strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and effective cross-functional coordination. The position partners closely with sales, account leadership, and performance teams to drive client retention, program growth, and overall program success.
Manage and Support:
- Establish and maintain program-level relationships with OEM clients to ensure they receive maximum value from their partnership with Dealer.com and Cox Automotive.
- Partner with OEM clients to understand annual marketing strategies and align them to available products, services, and technical solutions, including custom product needs and budget considerations.
- Collaborate across internal teams including sales, performance management, contracts, billing, and support to execute program initiatives and ensure a consistent client experience.
- Monitor program performance and financial health, identifying risks and opportunities, and partnering with internal teams to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Develop strategic initiatives that enable sales and performance teams to execute against program goals.
- Support development, delivery, and execution of OEM partner agreements in collaboration with the CAI OEM Account Sales Team.
Reporting and Communication:
- Deliver monthly service reviews to OEM partners, summarizing performance, customer service metrics, product updates, and KPI and SLA progress.
- Provide regular updates to internal leadership, including program wins, challenges, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with OEM partners, aligning program performance to strategic goals and sharing product roadmap updates.
- Communicate program health, financial performance, and client sentiment to leadership on a consistent basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs or enterprise-level client portfolios.
- Strong ability to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience resolving complex problems and developing practical, client-focused solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence both internal and external partners.
- Experience supporting or managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within the automotive or OEM environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies that support productivity and analysis.
USD 89,400.00 - 134,000.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $89,400.00 - $134,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
