monday.com is experiencing rapid growth in Mexico, and we are seeking a seasoned RVP - Country Leader of Mexico to lead our sales strategy and execution in this critical market. As the most senior sales leader in Mexico, you will oversee multiple sales functions and managers, drive market expansion, and represent monday.com at the executive level with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
This role requires a dynamic leader with proven success scaling enterprise SaaS businesses, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams in Mexico. You will own strategic planning, revenue growth, and cross-functional alignment, positioning monday.com as the partner of choice for enterprise customers.
Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Mexico City office.
About The Role
- Serve as the senior sales executive for Mexico, with full accountability for revenue performance, market penetration, and long-term growth.
- Own the go-to-market strategy for Mexico, adapting global strategy to local dynamics, industries, and enterprise needs.
- Lead and develop senior sales leaders, including multiple directors and managers, ensuring their teams achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leadership to drive alignment, deliver seamless customer experiences, and accelerate expansion.
- Represent monday.com in the market as an executive sponsor with top enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Establish operational excellence: forecasting, pipeline management, and scalable sales processes that ensure predictability.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to global leadership, influencing global GTM priorities based on Mexico market trends.
- Drive culture, inclusion, and talent development across the Mexico sales organization.
- Own and manage regional budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize impact.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with significant exposure to Mexico and/or LATAM markets.
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience, including managing directors and multi-team organizations.
- Proven success developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Track record of scaling organizations during high-growth phases, including recruiting and developing top leadership talent.
- P&L ownership and operational management experience strongly preferred.
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with excellent forecasting and planning skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
