Job Description SummaryAs part of the Supply Chain organization, you will play a key role in converting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) demand into robust supply and procurement plans. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Demand & Supply Planning

  • Participate in all discussions and meetings related to the S&OP process.

  • Convert demand forecasts and production plans into supply and procurement plans.

  • Align production plans with S&OP objectives while considering internal and external capacity constraints.

  • Recommend the optimal consensus plan to balance demand, inventory levels, supplier capabilities, and production requirements.

Planning Systems Management

  • Maintain and update production and shipment plans within ERP and planning systems.

  • Ensure timely weekly and monthly updates of planning data.

  • Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of procurement forecasts and collaborative planning signals shared with suppliers and GE HealthCare affiliates.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Support synchronization between Procurement, Planning, Production, and Logistics teams during product introductions and phase-out activities.

  • Contribute to weekly alignment meetings with Production Management.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for procurement planning and support Materials teams on planning-related topics.

Master Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage Item Master data, including mass updates, CAT codes, buyer/planner assignments, and data governance activities.

  • Develop and implement consistency checks to ensure master data accuracy and robustness.

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and processes.

  • Provide support to procurement activities when required.

Quality & Compliance

  • Comply with GE HealthCare Quality Management System requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.

  • Complete all required Quality and Compliance training on time.

  • Report quality or compliance concerns and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, or Manufacturing environments.

  • Strong understanding of planning, forecasting, inventory management, and procurement processes.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with planning and ERP systems such as Oracle, Demantra, Maestro, or equivalent.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical and data management skills.

  • Ability to work with large datasets and performance indicators.

Responsabilités principales

Planification et pilotage de la demande

  • Participer à l'ensemble des réunions et discussions liées au processus PSI (Plan Industriel et Commercial).

  • Traduire les prévisions de ventes et les plans de production en plans d'approvisionnement.

  • Aligner les plans de production avec les objectifs du PSI tout en prenant en compte les contraintes des usines et des fournisseurs.

  • Proposer les meilleurs scénarios de planification afin d'assurer l'équilibre entre demande, capacités et niveaux de stock.

Gestion des outils de planification

  • Paramétrer et mettre à jour les plans de production et d'expédition dans les outils de planification et l'ERP.

  • Assurer l'actualisation hebdomadaire et mensuelle des données de planification.

  • Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des signaux d'approvisionnement communiqués aux fournisseurs et aux entités du groupe.

Coordination Supply Chain

  • Participer à la synchronisation des équipes Approvisionnement, Planning, Production et Logistique lors des lancements et arrêts de produits.

  • Animer ou contribuer aux réunions hebdomadaires d'alignement avec les équipes de production.

  • Être l'interlocuteur de référence pour les équipes approvisionnement concernant les prévisions et les plans d'approvisionnement.

Gestion des données et amélioration continue

  • Assurer la maintenance des données de référence (Item Master), incluant les mises à jour en masse, CAT Codes et associations buyer/planner.

  • Déployer des contrôles de cohérence afin de garantir la qualité des données Supply Chain.

  • Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue visant à optimiser les processus et la performance Supply Chain.

  • Apporter un support ponctuel aux activités d'approvisionnement lorsque nécessaire.

Qualité et conformité

  • Respecter les exigences du système de management de la qualité GE HealthCare ainsi que l'ensemble des réglementations applicables.

  • Suivre les formations Qualité et Conformité requises dans les délais impartis.

  • Signaler toute problématique de qualité ou de conformité et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives appropriées.

Profil recherché

Formation et expérience

  • Formation supérieure en Supply Chain, Logistique, Gestion de Production ou équivalent.

  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel ou Supply Chain.

  • Bonne compréhension des processus de planification, approvisionnement et gestion des stocks.

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne maîtrise des outils ERP et de planification (Oracle, Demantra, Maestro ou équivalent).

  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel.

  • Bonne maîtrise de l'analyse de données et des indicateurs Supply Chain.
