Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategy and execution of TAB page planning, tier 1 signage, and homepage priorities, ensuring that top promotions and relevant corporate messages are effectively supported. This role involves developing and managing related processes, standards, and guidelines while fostering cross-functional partnerships. Additionally, this manager will oversee a team of direct reports, providing leadership and direction to ensure seamless coordination and the successful delivery of marketing initiatives across various digital and physical channels.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage a team of Senior Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive the development and planning of all owned marketing channels on a quarterly, weekly, and daily basis, ensuring alignment with Merchandising Divisions (MDVs), promotions, and corporate messaging in accordance with the merchandising strategy and brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with marketing leads to align on content strategy and priorities for each quarter and week.
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams, leading SSCM marketing review meetings at the direction of the Director. Ensure adherence to established guidelines, resolving any issues or gaps in information.
- Support business pivots while maintaining current deadlines, proactively identifying and mitigating potential bottlenecks in the workflow.
- Work closely with SSCB creative, production teams, and SSCM owned channel teams to drive the day-to-day management of channel inputs, ensuring deadlines are met and timelines align with the scope and urgency of tasks.
- Select, manage, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 7-10 Years Retail marketing/advertising experience
- 5 Years Cross functional experience- working across strategy, channel management, creative production and marketing operations.
- 3+ Years of experience in direct mail/print catalog creative, production and process management
- 1-3 Years of leadership experience
