- Procurement management, including vendor risk management
- Lead, mentor, and develop attorneys
- Lead compliance reporting and management for HCSS
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to support business operations
- Develop, review, and maintain form contracts and agreements
- Advise stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues, and work with attorneys/outside counsel to complete agreements
- Work with various company personnel to identify contractual risks and advise business teams on relevant contractual matters
- Create and improve templates, agreements, trainings, processes, and other resources
- Special projects as requested to support the Executive Leadership Team
- Manage and oversee contract databases / Contract Lifecycle Management system and records to support efficient retrieval and reference, and controls access and organizational structure
- Issue, upload, and maintain contracts, contract renewals or amendments and other related documents per policy and procedure
- Advise Human Resources on employment matters and draft HR-related documents and escalating where appropriate
- Provide product counseling across the business
- Support corporate growth initiatives by assisting with legal due diligence, coordinating cross-functional teams, and helping with post-closing integration
