Product Designer I partners with Product Management to investigate user problems and validate workflows for construction and utilities software. Responsibilities include planning and synthesizing user research, mapping workflows, creating wireframes and low-to-mid fidelity proofs of concept, facilitating collaboration, conducting usability testing, and advocating for users throughout product strategy and design. The role emphasizes foundational UX discovery, ambiguity management, rapid prototyping, and understanding complex industry workflows.

Provide weekend technical support to HCSS customers through multiple channels, troubleshoot and resolve issues, learn HCSS products, document support interactions, and coordinate with internal departments. The role serves as the primary weekend customer-support contact and requires strong customer service, problem-solving, organization, communication, and technology skills.

Provides multi-channel technical support to HCSS customers, acts as a liaison with internal teams, learns HCSS products, documents customer interactions, and delivers high-quality service. The role requires customer service experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, adaptability, organization, initiative, and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly. Spanish fluency is preferred.
