From my very first tour of the campus, I knew I was going to love working at HCSS! I look forward to getting together with my team each week to bounce ideas off of each other, catch up over lunch, or let our competitive spirit out in a game of Jazzminton. HCSS is a melting post of experiences and background that give you the confidence to aim high.

In my first weeks I witnessed the essence of this company, its people. I learned in practice that there was no magic book to be a good leader. I had to get to know my team and work hard to be their leader. My strategy was simple: listen, identify opportunities for improvement, take actions, and repeat.

In IT, all problems we have are technical. However, the team is composed of individuals with different backgrounds ranging from system administration, networking, cybersecurity, and DevOps. We all work together to provide solutions to other team when they ask for help.
