WHO WE NEED: 
We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Fulfillment Specialist with high attention to detail and experience in processing and fulfilling orders to join the team and help support our customers with quality service. As a part time employee you will work up to 25 hours per week—Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain 99%+ accuracy in order processing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet 2-3 day fulfillment windows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-departmental coordination
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle urgent requests effectively
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve shipping/inventory discrepancies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/fulfillment environment
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and special project requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three or more years of customer service and technical experience is preferred, but candidates with entry level experience also can be considered.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Processing GPS orders, testing and assessing quality control for each hardware order.
  • Finding faults and defects to submit for repairs in order to provide high quality products.
  • Taking ownership of learning our GPS products and our inventory process.
  • Daily documentation of each case in our CRM tool, Salesforce, and navigating through IntAcct, an accounting software.
