You will be manager in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a country, category, Supply Chain or FP&A. You will support the Senior Manager or Director in data collection to prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check daily execution and support delivery of overall objectives and ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting. You may also have a direct report or manage third party providers resources.
How you will contribute
'Tracking, forecasting and monitoring MEU Raw & Pack Productivity across all categories
1. Lead & own the MEU budgeting (AC, SF) and actual processes for R&P productivity & BI based on VOLT report and Proc Director input/feedback
2. Calculate and load accurate overlays in FiT
3. Validate VOLT accuracy, submit VOLT and PMO report on monthly basis
4. Support Product cost managers/analysts and Procurement Finance with analysis for actual reporting, budget and ad hoc presentations.
5. Support Global system enhancements for VOLT
6. Lead the back office Genpact team with regards to monthly VOLT reporting in excel
Procurement business partnering
1. Be first point of contact for Procurement organization for Financial (pre-)validation of major Productivity projects, applying Prody reporting rules and business judgment
2. Lead monthly R&P Prody Governance calls to update Procurement LT on Prody position, O&Rs, and follow ups to achieve target
Cash flow planning
1. Business partner with the Procurement Cash Lead to accurately estimate final AP Free Cash Flow position (CF) at the end of respective period and mitigate potential risks in time for YE
2. Prepare CF bridge vs AC&LE
3. Drive financial discussions in Monthly Cash Core team meetings
What you will bring
'1. University degree or equivalent
2. 7+ years working in FP&A, finance, and/or controlling of a large multi-national company
3. Understanding of costing processes
4. Ability to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders (Procurement, Prod Costing, FP&A)
5. Proven track record of self-managment and time-managment
6. Action oriented to learn quickly in a dynamic environment, dealing with challenges of high pressured working culture

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 3.980€ plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
