Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and direction to the employees on delivering very complex specialized employee life-cycle professional work.
  • Drive process performance and service excellence, leveraging metrics while ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Coach, mentor and develop staff by providing career development planning and opportunities.
  • Supplier management - lead price reduction negotiations, drive pro-active communications, measure, and analyze delivered services and create reports on effectiveness and areas for opportunity to improve service quality
  • Ensure adherence to GE HealthCare’s policies and compliance with local legislation, ensuring GE HealthCare’s high standards of ethics.
  • Effectively integrate strategies and operational responsibilities with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Manage budget to drive continued cost effectiveness.
  • Task assigned by manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area, must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR operations or related work experience, preferably in a multi-national organization. Minimum 5+ years of experience in direct people leadership
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or English knowledge both verbal and written
  • Significant prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in HR Operations/Service-oriented environment
  • Travel will be required, as needed, to support the team and customers within the region 
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups and countries, with comfort and efficiency
