Manager, Area Marketing
Overview• The role will be responsible for working with cross Core Product, Sales and other functions to identify the growth opportunity and developing customized co-marketing programs with issuers to drive business. • Build/leverage compelling brand assets to drive card programs with issuers.• Be the voice of the brand, convert issuers challenge to opportunity.• Are you seasoned to drive collaboration across cross functional teams • Are you experienced in China financial industry, and bank's credit card sector • The role specifically requires the ability in identifying the opportunity, relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
Role:• Leading issuer marketing to identify most valuable customers to drive incremental profitable GDV and revenue• To develop issuer-specific strategy with customized co marketing programs and conduct go to market plans for SH and southern China banks.• To design compelling, differentiated content by fully leverage all available assets that matters to customer/card holders. • Build strong partnership within China marketing team/country teams and regional in aligning the priorities/goals and optimizing the resources leverage.
