Roles and Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Schedule Management: Build and maintain project schedules, identify critical paths, and track progress to anticipate and resolve delays.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Risk Assessment: Identify risks and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and safeguard project success.
Communication: Facilitate clear, consistent communication with team members, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure goal alignment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including status reports, change orders, and progress updates.
Quality Assurance: Partner with quality teams to verify that all deliverables meet established standards, codes, and regulations.
Cost Control: Monitor expenditures, track variances, and apply cost-control measures to avoid budget overruns.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address requirements and resolve issues.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall project performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a project planner in the offshore or marine industry, with specific experience in FPSO E-house projects preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (Primavera and MS Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
Proficiency in English and local language.
