Provide SAP ERP support for country-specific project operations and services billing: review handoff documents, create projects/WBS/sales orders, execute invoicing, manage change orders, resolve billing/collection issues, coordinate cross-functionally, and update revenue recognition and project billing data to support forecasting and reporting.

Lead design, simulation, and validation of low- and medium-voltage power electronic converters (VSI and thyristor-based) including electrical, thermal, mechanical aspects; specify components, develop control algorithms (P80i), perform MATLAB/Simulink/PLECS/PSPICE simulations, manage projects end-to-end, and lead cross-functional teams. Requires commissioning and field support including domestic and international travel.
