What you will be doing:
- Define, own, and execute product roadmaps for assigned domains, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effectively communicating progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional product squads through the entire product lifecycle (discovery, delivery, iterative improvement) using agile methodologies.
- Establish and own clear KPIs and measurable outcomes, explicitly tying all team prioritisation to moving defined metrics and regularly demonstrating business impact through data analysis.
- Actively contribute to the product culture, mentor Product Managers, and ensure squads clearly understand the 'what' and 'why' behind development efforts.
- Own the product roadmap for buying tools, including PO creation, supplier management, open-to-buy, inbound ordering, and streamlining stock flow from supplier to warehouse.
- Own the product catalogue capability (setup, attributes, content, taxonomy) and deliver features for real-time stock and availability visibility across all sales channels.
- Own the end-to-end pricing capability, including dynamic pricing, promotional pricing, markdown management, and collaborating on pricing experiments.
- Own the complete payment experience, including checkout, various payment methods (BNPL, EFT, etc.), failure recovery, and driving significant payment conversion improvements through A/B testing and UX optimization.
- Lead the product strategy for order fulfilment (last-mile delivery) and returns, aiming to improve on-time delivery, SLA adherence, and customer communication.
- Define and deliver self-service features (e.g., order tracking, returns initiation) to reduce contact centre load, and drive improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance data quality across domains.

- Minimum 7 years in Product Management, with proven success in e-commerce, retail technology, or commerce platform development.
- Strong commercial acumen, proficiency in data-driven decision-making, analytical problem-solving, and AI-Native product development.
- Highly collaborative, low-ego, and capable of managing multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing clear PRDs, presenting to executives, and facilitating cross-functional workshops.
