Your Impact
The Lead Analyst will track, analyze, report, and lead final key performance metrics to ensure activities within their assigned area are meeting strategic and financial objectives for a specified digital commerce workstream. This will include identifying key trends in the data to explain the business performance and trajectory. This candidate will take on ad hoc strategic projects and analyses, as required by leadership, to create new functionality or provide functionality for specified workstream. Key partners for this role will include other digital commerce teams, cross functional teams, and/or vendors/3rd party as needed.
The Lead Analyst is responsible for analyzing seller interactions, improving the seller journey, and providing data-driven insights to enhance marketplace performance, seller satisfaction, increased sales, and optimized marketplace operations. This role blends data analysis, seller relationship management, and strategic project leadership to ensure Lowe's Marketplace operates efficiently and sellers have a positive experience. It is a key function for Lowe's to maintain a competitive, high-performing online marketplace.

What You Will Do
- Tracks and shares performance of digital commerce workstream related to seller performance at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including proactively identifying opportunities and risks based on performance indicators.
- Partners with business leaders to define OKR targets, and tracks progress and actions towards those goals.
- Creates dashboards, reports and visualizations using tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence or Power BI to proposed seller engagement and experience improvements and inform strategic decisions.
- Provides insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations for assigned area to create hypotheses and define business value to ultimately drive action for improvement.
- Leads projects related to the development and improvement of assigned digital business area.
- Prioritizes reporting that is needed by the business, defines reporting requirements, and partners with the relevant teams to build necessary reports.
- Present to key stakeholders on project/campaign strategies and insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Merchandising, Operations or relevant field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 6-7 years of experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience in a corporate setting
- Experience in retail
