The role is designed to progressively build the technical, commercial, and customer knowledge required to independently manage accounts and opportunities over time.
The area of responsibility includes Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Account Support
- Support the Senior Sales Engineer in managing assigned customers and accounts.
- Participate in customer meetings, visits, presentations, and technical/commercial discussions.
- Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Understand customer requirements, applications, operational challenges, and future opportunities.
- Follow up on customer requests, quotations, and agreed actions.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and support new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
- Assist with preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Follow opportunities from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation, and order placement.
- Support prospecting and development of new customers.
- Gradually assume responsibility for selected customers and opportunities as experience develops.
Technical Sales Support
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, solutions, applications, and value proposition.
- Work with technical and operational teams to develop appropriate solutions for customers.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Petroleum Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
- Early-career candidate; previous experience in technical sales, engineering, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate technical features into customer value.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Russian or relevant local languages is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and standard business applications.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory to support business development activities.
