Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle, including proposals, pricing, presentations, negotiations, and forecasting. Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales teams to deliver competitive solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.

Serves as the technical interface between customers, EPC contractors, Sales, and Midstream engineering throughout quotation, contract review, and order entry. Reviews specifications, identifies risks and exceptions, negotiates practical technical solutions, and delivers complete orders for engineering execution. Leads root-cause investigations, CAPA, SPC analysis, supplier quality activities, process improvement, and reporting. Collaborates with manufacturing, operations, HSE, engineering, vendors, and quality staff while providing technical guidance and promoting Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.

Lead NOV’s UK business strategy, profitability, sales growth, customer relationships, daily operations, process improvement, P&L management, KPIs, team development, and QHSE compliance. The role oversees operational and financial performance, develops new business, supports key accounts, manages diverse teams, and ensures continuous improvement while meeting safety, quality, revenue, and profit objectives.
