Lead and coordinate automation performance projects for drilling rigs, serving as single point of contact for customers and subcontractors. Manage schedules, costs, documentation, and technical communications; analyze equipment and drilling performance, track action items, and ensure HSE and contract compliance.

Full‑stack development and deployment of web and mobile applications supporting engineering, manufacturing, and wellbore physics simulation. Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements, design performant user experiences, define client‑server data contracts, troubleshoot full‑stack issues, manage source control and documentation, and automate CI/CD pipelines to deliver production software with minimal supervision.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals for pump packages, review RFQs, coordinate with customers/vendors, support technical bid clarifications, ensure standards compliance, mitigate risks, and hand over winning proposals to project execution.

Frequent domestic and international travel (~50%+).

Design, implement, and maintain identity and access solutions across Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, and AWS IAM. Integrate SSO/MFA, automate identity lifecycles and workflows, enforce Zero Trust/RBAC/JML policies, support PAM and federation, collaborate with IT/cloud/HRIS teams, and support audit and compliance efforts.

Design, develop, and document electrical control and automation systems for rig equipment, including PLC control cabinets, field instrumentation interfaces, and industrial communication networks. Produce electrical drawings and BOMs, select components, support FAT/SAT, commissioning and troubleshooting, ensure compliance with codes and NOV requirements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Perform washing, teardown, rebuilding, and testing of Cyclops Setting Tools per NOV instructions. Report recycling program steps in NOV software, maintain and prepare tools and equipment, assist with deliveries/pickups, and support field operations on a 14/7 schedule.

Provide advanced technical support and guidance for NOV rig automation systems: troubleshoot and resolve client issues, maintain ticketing and monitoring records, perform root cause analysis, prepare damage and corrective action reports, identify reliability trends, coordinate with engineering/sales/workshops, support product notifications, and deliver training and documentation.
