Support MPD Engineer in designing, planning, and executing Managed Pressure Drilling operations. Prepare MPD programs and simulations, coordinate projects, perform rig surveys and equipment design, participate in safety/risk assessments, supervise onsite MPD activities, and conduct post-drilling analysis and optimization.

Co-op role providing hands-on exposure to rig electrical systems: safety practices, generators, panels, control systems, installation, wiring, basic troubleshooting, documentation (OSP, FAT), and supervised commissioning and testing.

8-week co-op assigned to the Maintenance Department to support maintenance technicians while learning maintenance procedures, techniques, and best practices to build technical knowledge and hands-on electrical maintenance skills in an oil & gas services environment.

Lead a global network engineering team to design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN and cloud networking. Define standards, drive automation and IaC, ensure security and performance, oversee architecture reviews, and partner with cybersecurity, cloud, and stakeholders to support 550+ sites worldwide.

Lead and perform drafting and design for storage tanks, vessels, piping spools and accessories. Produce and check 2D drawings and 3D CAD models, coordinate drafters, maintain revision control, ensure manufacturability and compliance, and support manufacturing, QA/QC, procurement, and project teams.

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System for coating operations, ensure compliance with procedures and specifications, support production with quality oversight and training, collect and analyze quality data, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement projects.

Work on extrusion process development and troubleshooting for flexible pipe production. Lead investigations, validate solutions with trials and data, support new equipment introductions, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Projects and R&D across sites in Denmark and Brazil. Travel internationally occasionally (0-2 trips/year).

Co-op Mechanical Engineer rotates through equipment assembly for two months, then two months supporting manufacturing and quality departments performing materials checks and production support.

Support mechanical engineering team with equipment overhaul, inspection, failure analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, assembly, testing, commissioning, and continuous improvement activities. Attend training and prepare technical reports and updates as assigned.

Co-op role rotating between equipment assembly, manufacturing support, and quality/materials checking. Two-month assignments in equipment assembly and manufacturing/quality departments to gain hands-on production and inspection experience.

Lead R&D for flexible pipe end fittings developing concepts, performing FEA and FMEAs, defining and overseeing tests, supporting certification, creating design methodologies, and collaborating with global teams and supply chain to qualify innovative end-fitting solutions for offshore and sustainable energy applications.

Operate, set up, and adjust CNC lathes (Mazatrol/FANUC) to manufacture and repair drill string components per engineering drawings and customer specs. Load/orient parts, perform first-article inspections, use precision measuring tools, troubleshoot processes, document inspections, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain safety, quality, and production targets.

Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills (SL-603 Mori), read blueprints, perform precise measuring and inspections, make program changes, perform preventative maintenance, train others, and follow HSE procedures in a shop environment.

Coordinate certification activities and documentation for New Product Development projects, support project and technical managers, interface with customers, IVAs and suppliers, track schedules and deliverables, prepare reports and meeting minutes, and ensure compliance with technical, contractual, quality, and certification requirements.

Investigate and resolve customer invoice disputes by reviewing documentation, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining dispute records in ERP systems, monitoring aging, reporting trends, and recommending process improvements to accelerate collections and improve billing accuracy.

Support and coordinate HSE initiatives across assigned Tuboscope NOV locations and the EPS segment. Provide HSE advice, develop and implement safety processes, lead audits, track KPIs, deliver training, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous HSE performance improvements.

Develop, configure and optimize PLC software (Siemens S7/TIA) and network setups for rig equipment simulation and machine environments. Improve simulation performance, implement new features, support simulator users, debug electrical/hydraulic simulations, and produce technical documentation.

Support hydraulic systems through site installation, maintenance, repair, drawing review, BOM updates, issue escalation to engineering, and performing hydraulic commissioning.

Administer and support Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and ChatGPT Enterprise; handle Tier 1/2 incidents, onboarding/offboarding, license management, monitor service health and compliance, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with global IT to improve end-user experience.

Lead financial analysis, costing, and revenue accounting for manufacturing operations. Prepare monthly performance reports, analyze variances vs forecast and plan, manage inventory reserves and job costing, support annual planning and forecasts, participate in ERP implementation, streamline reporting, and assist with audits, SOX schedules, and tax-related matters.
