Builds local talent and leads multidisciplinary teams while ensuring regulatory and company-policy compliance.

Support planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of product and material testing. Compile and check test data, assist in root-cause analysis, coordinate third-party labs, maintain test logs, and support engineering and production teams to ensure tests meet specifications and schedules.
