The OpportunityThe Ivanti ITSM Tool Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, support and sustainment of the cloud-based Ivanti Neurons ITSM product. The role helps ensure the platform remains secure, available, supportable and effective for the teams that rely on it.
Working independently within established controls, you will maintain product configuration, service catalogue capabilities, CMDB functionality, reporting and approved native orchestration capabilities. You will investigate application and existing integration incidents and collaborate with internal teams, customer stakeholders and Ivanti support to restore services.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and sustain Ivanti Neurons ITSM, including application settings, user access, roles, permissions, product health, and the testing and validation of vendor releases, patches and updates.
Configure and optimise approved workflows, business rules, forms, notification templates, service catalogue items, request fulfilment workflows and role-based visibility settings.
Support CMDB capability through controlled bulk uploads and updates, source file validation, reporting and investigation of failed, incomplete or duplicate imports.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Ivanti incidents, service requests and approved existing integrations, analysing logs, transactions and application behaviour to restore services.
Deliver operational reports and dashboards, maintain approved native orchestration capabilities and contribute to continual service improvement initiatives.

Skills & ExperienceExperience administering, configuring or supporting Ivanti Neurons ITSM or a comparable enterprise ITSM platform within a production environment.
Strong practical experience with access controls, workflows, business rules, forms, notifications, service catalogue management, request fulfilment and reporting.
Experience supporting CMDB functionality and controlled bulk imports or updates, including file validation, field mapping, verification and exception handling.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose application and integration incidents, analyse logs and transaction outcomes, document findings, coordinate specialist support and validate service restoration.
Relevant ICT qualifications, vendor training or equivalent practical experience. ITIL Foundation and Ivanti product training or certification are desirable.
This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and hold a NV-1 level security clearance.
