Design, build, test and deploy a Windows 11 Standard Operating Environment using MECM/SCCM, Intune and MDT. Package, test and validate applications (MSI/App-V/MSIX), collaborate with infrastructure and security teams, support pilot deployments, troubleshoot desktop and deployment issues, and produce documentation and knowledge transfer for a Defence environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating and integrating security technologies, hardening systems, supporting RMF requirements, troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments, managing vulnerabilities and tool lifecycles, validating interoperability, documenting architectures and procedures, delivering training, and supporting cybersecurity exercises.

Leads secure DevSecOps processes for mission applications, enterprise platforms, and cloud environments. Designs CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automated security testing, container platforms, and secure deployment solutions. Integrates cybersecurity controls across the SDLC, supports RMF, ATO, vulnerability remediation, and continuous monitoring, and develops security documentation and standards. Collaborates with engineering and mission teams, monitors system performance and security, evaluates emerging technologies, and mentors technical staff in secure software engineering and automation.

Monitor DoD, intelligence, and open-source reporting for cyber threats affecting the DoDIN. Analyze vulnerabilities, malware, incidents, and threat patterns; produce reports, alerts, metrics, and recommendations; support continuity of operations; and brief, train, and mentor team members in a 24x7 DISA cyber defense environment.

Administer, configure, support, and sustain the cloud-based Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform. Responsibilities include managing access, workflows, business rules, forms, service catalogs, request fulfillment, CMDB imports, reporting, orchestration, releases, and patches. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 incident support, investigate application and integration issues using logs and transaction data, coordinate specialist assistance, validate service restoration, and contribute to continual service improvement.

Engineer and administer a large distributed clustered Splunk environment supporting a DHS/CBP Security Operations Center. Responsibilities include onboarding data sources, managing Splunk configurations and premium apps, developing searches, dashboards, and reports, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, automation, testing, documentation, and lifecycle engineering. The role requires Linux, scripting, Ansible, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity expertise, plus Splunk certifications and the ability to pass a five-year background investigation.

Architects and enhances enterprise cyber capabilities, manages vulnerabilities, monitors and responds to security threats, conducts incident and root cause analysis, audits systems against STIGs and cybersecurity standards, tracks remediation, and strengthens endpoint and cloud security. The role collaborates with technical teams and customer leadership while supporting DoD compliance, vulnerability management, and secure configuration efforts.

Provide advanced support and administration for Ivanti Neurons ITSM, including incident investigation, integrations, CMDB imports, access controls, workflows, forms, notifications, service catalogs, reporting, dashboards, and orchestration. Diagnose application issues, analyze logs and transactions, coordinate specialist support, validate recovery, maintain security compliance, and contribute to continual service improvement.

Support a secure AWS cloud environment, implement automation solutions, and ensure operational resilience for a Defence program.

Supports 24/7 DISA network operations by configuring and analyzing customer circuits, monitoring alarms, redesigning routes during outages, managing hardware and software changes, and documenting incidents. The role troubleshoots transport and IP networks involving routers, switches, optical multiplexers, crypto devices, Cisco, Juniper, MPLS, and SDH/SONET technologies while coordinating with customers, government agencies, vendors, and engineering teams to maintain network availability.
