Lead and mature DoD ICT-SCRM efforts for DISA by assessing supply chain threats, producing risk assessment products, developing policy and RFIs, managing TAC RFI queue, conducting commercial assessments, and briefing senior government stakeholders to protect mission-critical infrastructure.

Manage and monitor budget execution and vouchers for Intelligence Community programs. Review, validate, and reconcile transactions across systems for compliance with fiscal law, produce reports and SOPs, support spend plans and forecasting, liaise with stakeholders, and resolve financial discrepancies to ensure auditable, accurate recording of obligations and payments.

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of cloud-native TFDM applications. Drive DevOps/GitOps CI/CD pipelines, containerization (OpenShift/Kubernetes), infrastructure-as-code, AI-assisted development, system modernization, troubleshooting, mentoring, and executive briefings to support deployment, automation, reliability, and security.

Process end-user hardware through receipt, inspection, demilitarization, troubleshooting, and disposition in a warehouse environment. Clear BIOS passwords, maintain detailed asset records and milestones, communicate order status with stakeholders, and possibly activate devices. Follow established procedures and safety/handling requirements.

Provide technical support and lifecycle management for the Air Force CVAH weapon system, handling inbound/outbound support calls, incident/ticket management, system configuration, maintenance, patch testing, documentation, and coordination with network engineers, vendors, and government stakeholders.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise database environments on AWS (RDS, DocumentDB, MongoDB). Manage and execute transfers of data between classified and unclassified networks, maintain program document libraries and deliverables, control and account for sensitive documents/media/devices, prepare data per DIDs and CDRLs, produce data management plans, reports, and metrics, and recommend process improvements to ensure timely, secure data handling and compliance.

Design, implement, and manage complex perimeter and internal firewall solutions (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto). Monitor logs, enforce network security policies, perform audits, troubleshoot issues, maintain configurations and ACLs, and document work. Lead the Firewall Task Area: manage personnel, ensure task delivery, provide reports and briefings, conduct performance assessments, validate time charging, coach staff, and drive continual service improvement and technical strategy.
