HPEのサービス部門には、お客様に対して各種IT施策の企画構想から実行計画への具体化、さらには施策実行フェーズにおける推進支援まで、各種のアドバイザリーサービスを提供する専門組織があります。近年、DX推進、AI活用、ランサムウェア対策をはじめとした各種のサイバーセキュリティ対策等々、お客様のIT施策に関する検討が今まで以上に多岐にわたり、その内容も高度化・複雑化する中で、当部門への相談・支援ニーズも増加しています。こうした背景を踏まえ、サービス提供体制をより強化するため、新たなメンバーを募集いたします。

【業務内容】
1. 各種IT計画立案・構想策定等の支援
   (IT中期計画策定、各種IT施策実行計画策定、AI利用ガイドライン策定等)
2. ITアーキテクティングの支援 (要件定義、アーキテクチャ策定、PoC計画策定/実施の支援等)
3. プロジェクト推進支援/PMO支援
 ※ 後述の応募要件に挙げたような様々な技術領域の案件がありますし、業界も多様です。
 ※ 対応いただく案件は、これまでの経験やスキル、目指したい方向性等を考慮の上、アサインいたします。
 ※ 入社後、当面は弊社既存メンバとペアでのプロジェクト参画が主となりますので、応募要件が満たない方でも積極的なご応募をお待ちしています。

【応募要件】
・以下の技術領域のいずれかにおいて、企画、お客様への提案、設計実装のいずれかのフェーズでの経験があること
  - AI活用 、AI基盤
  - データ分析基盤、データマネジメント領域
  - クラウド環境 (パブリッククラウド、ハイブリッドクラウド、プライベートクラウド)
  - コンテナ基盤、クラウドネイティブ技術
  - エンドポイント管理、認証・ID管理領域
  - ゼロトラスト、サイバーセキュリティ全般
  - システム運用設計、運用改善等
・論理的に考え、筋道を立てて整理、説明できること
・社内外の関係者それぞれの立場を尊重し、協働できること

 ※ 社内情報システム部門としての年次予算化対応や企画立案、上申等の経験がある方、それらのプロセスを外部から支援した経験がある方、また、自社サービス、ソリューション等の拡販施策立案、プリセールス活動経験のある方等、歓迎

・オフィスワークとリモートワークのハイブリッド型
 (参画する案件により、お客様先に半常駐となるケースはあります)

【入社後のトレーニング等】
・入社後、当面は弊社既存メンバとペアでプロジェクトに参画いただき、コンサルティング手法や関係者との動き方等を学んでいただきます。
・基礎スキルの強化として、部門として推奨しているトレーニングコースを適宜受講いただきます。(クリティカルシンキング、提案技術、etc)
・社内、本部内等、様々なコミュニティがあり、そこで、事例や情報の共有もなされています。また、ご自身が学んだことをそういったコミュニティで発表いただく、という活動も積極的に実施しています。
・案件で必要となる技術や知識、また、今後のキャリアを踏まえ強化していきたい領域等については、外部トレーニングコースを受講いただくことも可能です。

【本ポジションの魅力】
・HWやSWをはじめとした自社の製品やサービスがありつつも、それにとらわれず、市場の様々な製品、サービスをお客様に提案、取り扱っていくことが可能です。自社のHWを一切使わない、パブリッククラウドのみで完結する案件や、他社との協業案件も多数ありますし、お客様の業界も、案件の技術領域や支援フェーズも多岐にわたるため、様々な経験を積むことが可能です。
・将来的なキャリアパスとしては、コンサルタントとして極めていく、People Managerを目指す、コンサルタントをステップとして別の職種を目指す等、様々なキャリアパスが描けます。(社内公募制度もあり、社内の様々なポジションを目指すことも可能です。)
・オフィスワークとリモートワークのハイブリッド型の働き方になりますが、効率的に働けるよう、各種のツールや制度が充実しています(案件によりお客様先への常駐や訪問が主となるケースはあり)。 時間の調整等もしやすく、柔軟に働きやすい環境で、小さな子供のいるメンバ、関西在住でありながらリモートから東京の案件に従事しているメンバなど、様々なメンバが多様な働き方をしています。また、メンバ間で気軽に質問や相談しあえるような環境が整っており、外部から転職してきた人でもご自身のパフォーマンスを最大限に発揮できるよう、既存メンバがしっかりとサポートいたします。
