As IAM Architect, IT Security, This is a hands-on senior role implementing IAM architectures, designs, for IAM programs to secure access to personal and confidential information at Wolters Kluwer. In this role, you will be required to demonstrate proficiency in identity and access concepts as they pertain to every area of security management
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the enterprise identity architecture, design, and engineering standards aligned to business requirements
- Own the IGA or Access management platform architecture — including identity warehouse design, correlation rule configuration, aggregation scheduling, and platform health monitoring.
- Design, build, and maintain connectors for all authoritative and target systems — Active Directory, Entra ID, HR systems (Workday, SAP HCM), SaaS applications, and custom targets.
- Develop and maintain lifecycle event workflows — Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Rehire, and contractor lifecycle — including approval chain design and provisioning rule logic.
- Manage IAM platform upgrades, patch cycles, and environment promotion (dev → test → prod) with appropriate change management controls.
- Integrate IAM with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira) for access request fulfillment, ticket-based provisioning, and SLA tracking.
- Design and implement Zero Trust identity controls across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including least-privilege, just-in-time access, and continuous access evaluation.
- Implement cloud IAM governance standards: Entra ID tenant architecture, AWS IAM permission boundaries, Azure RBAC design, and GCP IAM policy structure.
• Compliance Knowledge: Proficiency in navigating industry standards and regulations.
• Team Mentorship: Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
• Technology Implementation: Capability to implement and manage advanced security technologies.
