Configure, Price and Quote IT domain. Part of HPE Global IT is responsible for providing best IT in class solutions to enable HPE's customers and partners to do business seamlessly with HPE.
The candidates will focus on regular business engagement and provide IT solutions incorporating AI solutions to business requirements. The candidates will be managing product backlog, capabilities and materializing business outcomes and savings to HPE
How you’ll make your mark:
·You will be driving business relationships end engage in understanding business processes to provide solutions on java-based Configuration, Quoting & pricing applications integrated with S4 HANA order management system·You will foster an environment that drives performance and quality in the areas of customer satisfaction, knowledge creations, technical expertise and process improvement· Ensure IT solutions meet or exceed business expectations or given requirements·Analyze and commit deliverables for the requirements on various projects·Responsible for providing solutions and preparing functional design for the given applications·Drive development by engaging development teams to have deliverables in timely fashion·Pay strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps and provide sustainable solutions ·You will be subject matter expert on given applications and support business processes·Recommend and implement E2E life cycle of projects by working closely with IT and Business teams·Proficiency in business modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools.·Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.·Proven track record working in large-scale customer facing applications projects and enterprise systems is desirableAbout You:·You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science and at least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area·You have strong knowledge and experience in CPQ domain which includes business process of configuration applications and integrated fabric·You have excellent business partners relationships and rapport·You have 10+ years’ experience as business analyst with strong understanding of Java and other technology.·You have strong problem solving and analytical skills, proactive and go-getter·You have a good grasp of industry best practices in enterprise-class software development, agile methodology using of Jira·You have experience in Service Now, ITSM Process, and New Relic Application, will be a plus.·You have knowledge in middleware integration such as Addison, Kafka, SDI, Snap logic will be a plus.a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
