We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Internal Design Lead to drive and elevate the visual identity of our global brand.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-impact design across all brand touchpoints, supporting global campaigns, regional marketing initiatives, product storytelling, and corporate communications.
Working closely with international teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders, you will translate strategic brand direction into compelling visual design that reflects OZblu’s premium positioning across diverse global markets.
Key Performance Outputs
Global Brand Design Execution
- Lead the execution of the OZblu visual identity across all brand assets globally
- Design and deliver creative for campaigns including digital, print, packaging, POS, trade marketing, and events
- Adapt global creative concepts for regional markets while maintaining brand integrity
Creative Development
- Translate marketing strategies into powerful visual concepts and design systems
- Create high-quality layouts, typography, illustrations, and imagery aligned to a premium brand aesthetic
- Support product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal initiatives with end-to-end design solutions
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with global marketing, communications, product, and sales teams
- Manage and brief external agencies, freelancers, and production partners
- Provide creative guidance to ensure global consistency and excellence
Brand Governance
- Maintain and evolve global brand guidelines and asset libraries
- Act as a brand custodian across all markets
- Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas into the brand
Production & Delivery
- Prepare assets for both print and digital production
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
- Ensure deadlines, accuracy, and quality standards are consistently met
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Grade
12/Matric with a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual
Communication Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or Creative/Art Direction.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in professional graphic design
- Experience working with global or multi-market brands (FMCG, food, agriculture, or lifestyle sectors preferred)
- Proven ability to execute brand design at a global level
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma or similar tools advantageous
- Experience working across regions, cultures, and time zones
Skills & Competencies
Technical
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design project delivery
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour, and brand systems
- Experience with packaging design, retail environments, and trade marketing
- Motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus
