Lead the Americas finance function for a fresh-produce export business: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash and treasury management, grower accounting and settlements, compliance and tax, audit facilitation, ERP and reporting improvements, and lead and develop the finance team to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Supports sales and supply chain teams by managing customer due diligence, grower compliance records, technical specifications, quality feedback, and customer claims. Coordinates communication among customers, account managers, growers, packhouses, product allocators, and internal stakeholders. Reviews QC reports, arranges inspections, captures data in ERP systems, maintains documentation, and follows up on downgraded or reallocated stock. Manage and validate certification and compliance documentation for licensed growers, ensure audit readiness and traceability, identify and track non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, support audits, and maintain compliance tracking systems and reports for export market requirements.

Support daily farm operations by supervising and training field workers, executing harvest and maintenance tasks (blueberries), monitoring irrigation and plant health, maintaining production records, managing tools and inventory, and ensuring food safety and compliance while assisting production planning and coordination.

Support daily farm and nursery operations by supervising workers, performing hands-on tasks (harvest, planting, irrigation, pruning), monitoring plant health and quality, maintaining production records and stock, assisting logistics and packing for export, and ensuring health, safety and compliance.

Manage timely customer billing and collections to maintain DSO and ADP targets. Reconcile customer accounts, post daily cash receipts in the ERP, handle EDI reconciliations, resolve pricing/short-pay issues with Sales and Logistics, and maintain customer statements and documentation.

Provide sales team support by maintaining CRM and customer master data, monitoring sales opportunities and orders, coordinating fulfillment and buffer stock with logistics, supporting T&C signings and IFS audits, compiling market intelligence and customer feedback, and assisting with budgeting, seasonal reviews, and reporting.

Support daily treasury operations, process payments, perform bank and credit card reconciliations, maintain vendor master data in NetSuite, enforce internal controls, assist audits, and drive process improvements across regions.

Support daily farm production activities (planting, fertigation, spraying, pruning, harvesting), monitor crop health, conduct soil/leaf analyses, assist operational planning, manage teams' schedules and performance, maintain records and farm assets, ensure compliance with GlobalG.A.P, SIZA and internal quality and safety standards.

The Bookkeeper role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, managing financial records, ensuring timely invoice processing, and supporting cash flow forecasting.

The Sales Director will lead the commercial strategy in North America, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, team leadership, and operational excellence. They will manage key retail accounts and ensure grower returns while overseeing sales processes and performing market analyses.

Field-based agronomist to improve soil productivity, water use, fertilisation and crop nutrition; run trials, analyse yield and quality data, standardise practices, train growers, and drive measurable improvements in blueberry yield, quality, and sustainability.

Manage projects end-to-end from initiation to close-out, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget. Lead cross-functional teams, gather and document business requirements, create scope/process/test/UAT documentation, drive process improvements, manage risks and quality, and report progress to stakeholders.

Manage Mexico and U.S. tax compliance, reporting, provisions, reconciliations, and audits. Coordinate cross-border tax matters and transfer pricing, support regulatory audits, improve tax processes and controls, and collaborate with external advisors. Maintain tax calendars and use ERP/accounting systems to automate and document tax activities.
