What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of internal audit principles, practices, and standards.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Impact You'll Make:
- This role reports directly to Privacy Operations Manager and Senior Internal Auditor, and primarily focuses on data privacy and internal audits.
- Assist in evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of proposed and existing operations, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Document key processes and controls during meetings and perform testing to support conclusions.
- Ensure thorough and accurate documentation to facilitate audits and reviews.
- Prepare written drafts of audit findings and reports, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and practices.
