Job Description:
HPE and Intel are delivering a leading portfolio of Compute solutions that digitally transform businesses across industries. This role is responsible for driving top and bottom-line business growth by developing HPE-Intel joined alliance.
The role will focus on strategic business planning and category sales management across geographies, providing the support needed across markets.
The Compute Intel Alliance Lead will work closely with the respective Compute Geos to grow faster than the market and hunt new business.
The position reports into the WW Compute Alliances Business Development Leader.
In this role as Business Development Manager for INTEL you:
- Develop the strategic business plan for the Intel/HPE alliance for Central Europe Geo. This will be done in close collaboration with the Geo Category and Sales teams, and with the Alliance organization
- Based on the defined yearly unit targets, drive the execution of key initiatives to hunt new customers and drive profitable growth
- Coordinate the deal pipeline funnel, HPE/Intel forecasting, and business management updates on a bi-weekly basis, for best-in-class business impact and performance
- Coordinate with the analytics resources, and create where necessary, executive reporting for the defined region
- Drive awareness and enablement within Pre-Sales and Sales teams to stimulate HPE Solution value-based selling, targeted at prioritized workloads and use cases.
- Lead the QBR for the Geo
- Host and attend HPE, channel partners and alliance partner meetings, training events, tradeshows and industry conferences representing the HPE/Intel alliance for your region
- Coordinate the adoption of the Intel Category Programs across the Geo

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…
- BA or BSc in Business / Marketing / Computer Science (MA, MSc, MBA a plus)
- 8+ years’ experience in Category Business Development / Sales / Marketing / Go-To-Market
- Understanding of the Compute market, the alliance ecosystem, and the digital transformation needs across top verticals.
- Ability to work in matrix organization, cross functional and virtual teams.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong strategic planning skills combined with business management excellence
- Business proficiency in English and German language
