Role Overview:
The Intake Paper Support Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Intake Paper Team by managing daily reports, coordinating claim processing activities, supporting Cognizant operations, and maintaining critical tracking logs. This role ensures work is distributed accurately, escalations are addressed promptly, and operational processes are completed efficiently to support service level expectations.
What You'll Do:
• Generate and distribute daily morning reports and other operational/process reports.
• Coordinate the transfer of claims to the Cognizant team for processing.
• Manage re-fax requests and ensure documents are routed appropriately.
• Maintain the Intake Master Log, including transferring completed items to the regular production log.
• Scrubbing email subject lines to track all incoming new claim submissions.
• Respond to and resolve Cognizant escalations, collaborating with internal partners as needed.
• Assist with processing operational reports and monitoring workflow.
• Conduct research and make outbound calls related to Account Not Listed claims to obtain or verify required information.
• Enter and maintain Business Continuity Plan information accurately and timely.
• Support Intake operations by assisting with email management, workflow coordination, and process improvements.
• Perform additional operational support duties as assigned to maintain efficient department workflows.
• Maintain established service-level expectations and turnaround times for claim processing.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
