Current work spans predictive analytics, generative and agentic AI, data platforms, model governance and responsible AI, with applications designed to improve efficiency and support clients, agents and employees.
Client Services
New York Life’s Client Services team supports both the company’s financial professionals and its policy owners, helping people navigate products, transactions and service needs throughout the customer relationship. Team members work across areas such as policy and account support, issue resolution, transaction processing and institutional client service, often partnering with operations, sales and other internal teams. The work combines relationship-building with detailed product knowledge, accuracy and responsiveness, with training and coaching designed to help employees build expertise and grow within service-focused roles.
Technology
