The Tax Intern will support partnership tax compliance and reporting, including workpapers for Forms 1065 and Schedules K-1, tax capital account tracking, income and loss allocations, state apportionment calculations, and federal, state, and local filings. The role provides exposure to private equity taxation, financial services, and multiple tax specialties while developing accounting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
