Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities by selling our portfolio of digital software solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers. You will act as a strategic hunter, conducting initial meetings to assess client needs and presenting tailored solutions that drive revenue growth and footprint expansion.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead the full sales cycle for new digital software opportunities, managing the process from initial prospect identification to final deal closure.
Collaborate with mid-market and enterprise stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling presentations of suitable Iron Mountain solutions.
Ensure consistent pipeline growth by proactively identifying net new business opportunities and implementing customer-focused strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven success in selling to mid-market and enterprise customers, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
Extensive experience in solution selling, demonstrating the ability to develop and implement complex, customer-focused digital software solutions.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, particularly when engaging with executive and leadership-level decision-makers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of Iron Mountain’s digital portfolio
