Role Location: Fortinet office in either Frankfurt, Hamburg, or Munich

The Role

 

We are seeking motivated and focused individuals to join our Inside Sales Team.  Achieving our future goals and remaining a leader in our field requires exceptional individuals who can share and understand our passion for success. 
 

You will work with and support our managers, executives and Account Manager.

 

As an ISR at Fortinet your role will involve:

 

  • Support the Sales and Channel teams in engaging with partners, customers, and prospects.
  • Coordinate and track sales and marketing initiatives within the German market.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of partner-focused activities, including Partner Syncs, MSSP Synergy events, regional partner roundtables, and other channel engagement programs.
  • Support customer-facing events such as Security Days, technical seminars, executive briefings, and other Fortinet-led initiatives.
  • Assist with trade shows and industry events, including it-sa, DMEA, secIT, and other strategic conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Marketing, Technical Sales, and Management teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, agencies, venues, and service providers.
  • Manage attendee communications, registrations, invitations, lead follow-up activities, and event logistics.
  • Support internal sales meetings, kick-offs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Help ensure a professional and consistent Fortinet brand experience across all activities and touchpoints.


 

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • Previous experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Channel Operations, Marketing Coordination, Event Coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, partners, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
