Job Description:

   

The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) is responsible for the successful execution of complex installation and deployment engagements across hybrid IT, cloud, and infrastructure environments. The IPM leads cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with contractual commitments, technical standards, and customer success outcomes.

Acting as the primary delivery orchestrator and customer interface, the IPM ensures that deployment activities are executed efficiently, risks are proactively managed, and customer environments are prepared for operational readiness and service activation. The role requires strong understanding of multi-technology data center ecosystems, service delivery frameworks, and commercial governance principles.

The IPM collaborates closely with Solution Architects, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to validate deployment scope, optimize delivery execution, and identify opportunities for value realization and service expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Execution

• Manage end-to-end installation and deployment projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed scope, standards, and processes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions when needed.

Customer Engagement

• Act as the main point of contact for customers during deployment.
• Ensure customer site readiness and alignment on project plans and expectations.
• Manage escalations and support a positive overall customer experience.
• Secure customer acceptance and support transition to operational support teams.

Governance & Commercial Control

• Validate project scope and ensure alignment with contractual commitments.
• Monitor delivery cost, resource utilization, and avoid over- or under-delivery.
• Maintain clear project documentation and reporting.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with sales, presales, and technical teams to support successful delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and customer value.
• Contribute to process improvements and organizational transformation initiatives.
