Our company, a standout performer within the Information, Communication & Technology industry, is seeking a highly skilled, business-minded, experienced HR practitioner. As a People Business Partner, you will help to support the People strategy for the Customer Units (CU) and Support Functions of North America and partner to support a wide range of both strategic and day-to-day human resources matters for the CU of which you will provide individualized Business Partner support.

You will

  • Identify needs, develop solutions, and execute on programs that drive engagement, culture transformation, retention, diversity, and inclusion
  • Contribute to the business strategy by helping your leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes
  • Be responsible for key processes in performance management, talent learning and development, total rewards and recruiting
  • Partner with our leaders by providing consultation, guidance, metrics, support, and development to increase the effectiveness of their organization
  • Be part of our collaborative People Business Partner model, partnering and providing support to our People Leadership Team, as well as our SME teams (Total Rewards, People Analytics, Talent, and Learning and Development) to deploy solutions directly to your organizational units
  • Work directly with our leaders on a variety of tasks ranging from employee relations, performance management and development, compliance with directives/local law, and driving the people

  • Capable of understanding and working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • A connector with people on many levels, with a demonstrable ability to create trust, handle conflict resolution, build solid relationships and influence throughout the organization
  • Able to exercise judgment in selecting methods, evaluating, adapting of complex techniques and evaluation criteria for acquiring results.
  • Structured with an ability to plan two steps ahead, with well-developed analytical skills and the ability to "connect the dots"
  • Able to adapt style and use persuasion in delivering messages that relate to the broad business perspective.
  • Experienced in managing projects, including defining scope, driving deliverables, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
  • Able to expertly advise your teams on complex matters and be accountable to the team for delivery of tactical business targets.
  • Adopt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years' dynamic experience in Human Resources with 5 years in professional services, preferably as a People Business Partner, preferably supporting teams in a hi-tech company
  • A track record of results, problem-solving and accountability in a highly-matrixed and global organization
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Deep and broad knowledge of People practices, principles and procedures based on working closely with solid collaboration
  • Proven successful at driving and supporting diversity and culture change
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
