THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our People Team. You will be integral to the team; your insights and proactive approach will ensure that we are making the right decisions for our people. You’ll contribute to implementing policies and programs, while being the first point of contact for all HR matters. The ideal candidate is someone who is resilient, has a hunger for learning and has a strong technical skill set!

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Deliver great service to our internal customers by prioritizing and delivering high standards across the board
  • Be a point of contact for the HR team
  • Communicate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency of policies, practices, and operations
  • Respond to employee inquiries by providing information, guidance, and direction on programs, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain internal files and ensure data accuracy within our HRIS and other databases
  • Produce and complete ad-hoc requests and reporting needs as applicable
  • Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding, including generating new ideas and making improvements to existing processes
  • Communicate the company's benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements
  • Opportunity to assist with and contribute to the employee swag store as well as help with company communications for promotions and product launches
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive culture that enables employees to be the best version of themselves
  • Other duties may be assigned to fulfill FanDuel’s objectives and/or job duties, and requirements may be changed as needed to meet current and future business needs

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 1 year of Human Resources related experience preferred
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Technically savvy with specific experience using Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • A curious thinker with a go-getter personality
  • Methodical approach to problem solving
