We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist with expertise in payroll management and talent acquisition to
join our client dynamic team.
This role is responsible for handling end-to-end payroll
processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, and managing
recruitment efforts to attract top talent for both offshore and onshore
operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws and
company policies while implementing HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Administer
and process monthly payroll for 300 employees, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with tax regulations and statutory deductions.
- Maintain
payroll records, process salary adjustments, and handle statutory
remittances (e.g., pensions, taxes, and benefits).
- Address
payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies on time.
Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop
and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top
talent.
- Manage
the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for offshore and onshore
roles, aligning with company and client requirements.
- Maintain
a strong talent pipeline to support business growth and operational needs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure
compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain
accurate employee records, contracts, benefits, and performance
documentation.
- Handle
employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in accordance
with company policies.
- Implement
HR policies and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace
productivity.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a
related field.
- Chartered
membership or certification from a recognized HR professional body is
mandatory.
- 3-5
years of HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll processing and
recruitment.
- Strong
analytical and numerical skills.
- Previous
experience in catering, hospitality, or the oil & gas industry is
highly desirable.
- Solid
knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Proven
experience in high-volume recruitment, especially for offshore, onshore,
and restaurant operations.
- Excellent
leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
priorities.
- Proficiency
in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits
Between N300,000.00 - N400,000.00 Monthly Net
