Your Role:
The HR Business Partner drives the people plan that encompasses a broad range of HR support, including coaching, talent management, leadership onboarding and development, performance management, and core people processes and programs impacting employees. The HR Manager will have generalist responsibilities including managing, implementing and integrating HR programs and guidelines for the business in support of organizational objectives. This includes developing strong business relationships with management and client groups; driving the people agenda for the business; analyzing and presenting information to the management team that enables good business decisions; participating as a member of the Tenable HR team; and driving and supporting HR initiatives.

- Tenable is looking for a proactive, high-energy HRBP to join our global team and drive the people strategy for our Product & Engineering business units in Israel. We are looking for a forward-thinking professional to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and the day-to-day employee experience, acting as a strategic engine for our growth.
What You’ll do:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Product & Engineering leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Employee Relations & Advocacy: Coach managers to enhance team capability and facilitate an open, inclusive, "OneTenable" environment.
- HR Rhythm & Cycles: Drive annual cycles, including performance reviews, compensation planning, and promotions.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with global HR counterparts (Total Rewards, Talent Management, Acquisition) to implement company-wide policies while ensuring local statutory compliance.
- Culture & Retention: Identify labor trends and recommend data-driven solutions to improve engagement and retention.

Qualifications:
- Experience: ~5-8 years of HR experience as a Business Partner within a global, public, or high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience in compensation and benefits, performance management, and Israeli employment law.
- Skills: Excellent project management, planning, and execution skills.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with data visualization and AI tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
