What am I going to do?- Be the People Partner for a group of employees owning the entire employee journey from hiring to offboarding.
- Hands-on of recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, engagement, and wellbeing processes of your team.
- Act as a strategic advisor to managers and leadership.
- Use data and AI to make smarter, faster people decisions.
- Help us run HR like a startup - agile, bold, and human-centric.
- Experience in an HR role from startups or technological companies.
- An experienced Full-Stack HR partner who’s done it all: hiring, growth, culture, and beyond.
- Knows how to create and work with AI agents and assistants.
