We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong Organizational Development background to join our HR Team. This role is a combining close strategic partnership with senior leaders alongside ownership and leadership of organization-wide OD, culture, and change initiatives.
This is an opportunity to influence how the organization evolves, grows, and operates - working at both the leadership table and the organizational system level.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a clear combination of HR BP and Organizational Development responsibilities.
- Proven experience working closely with senior leaders and leadership teams.
- Hands-on experience leading organizational change, culture, and OD processes.
- Experience managing organizational surveys and driving engagement initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
