HPE's Hybrid Cloud Solution and GTM organization is hiring a Private Cloud Portfolio lead focusing HPE Private Cloud Enterprise with disconnected management.
This exciting role will require you to:
Develop the GTM plan specifically for the disconnected option within HPE Private Cloud Enterprise. This means you get to design and structure the short-, mid- and long-term private cloud initiatives to help accelerate the sales of HPE Private Cloud.
This role requires you to have a good understanding of the HPE Private Cloud fundamentals. Experience with the potential use cases associated with industry verticals (such as Federal Govt & Defense) would be beneficial. You will be expected to have some experience and exposure to GTM processes and the ability to lead discussions with relevant stakeholders to drive outcomes.
The GTM strategies you develop will need to be pragmatic by design and easily executed by sellers with the purpose of generating revenue streams via continuous pipeline generation. Initiatives should be aligned with the private cloud sales and the sales enablement teams for execution to evolve with the business as it changes and grows.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute the HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud with disconnected management strategy
- Design and structure sales initiatives to fast start the sellers and partners.
- Ensure initiatives can be tracked with specific success metrics such as participation rate, ROI, pipeline generated, and deals closed.
- Alignment with GTM and Sales group on the initiatives designed
- Cross collaboration with stakeholders in different functions/organizations
- Continuous evolution towards standardizing and scaling the business model
- Collaborate with the WW Sales Enablement & readiness team and leverage their enablement platform.
- Comfortable with absorbing market intelligence data and using it to inform your strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Key stakeholders: Private Cloud Sales, Hybrid Cloud Business Unit, Storage Business Unit, Compute Business Unit, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy and Planning, CMI analytics, WW Data Science Team.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or computer science. Masters preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the related fields or combination of (Private & Public cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Industry vertical, Workloads/solution, etc.).

USD Annual Salary: $130,500.00 - $300,000.00
