Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations and accurately maintain the reservation system.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required.
  • Monitor table availability and optimize seating arrangements.
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure efficient guest flow.
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide information about restaurant services and promotions.
  • Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Follow hotel and restaurant standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
  • Assist with special events and group bookings as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualification is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills Required
