• Native-level English and strong on-camera charisma.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple production tasks.

• Basic production skills (camera, lighting, editing).

• Attractive, confident screen presence.

• Desire to dive deep into prompt engineering and AI workflows.

• Previous experience hosting or managing a YouTube channel.

• Video editing expertise and creative storytelling skills.
