Own full-cycle recruiting for data teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Data Platform). Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source and screen candidates, manage communications through offers, build talent maps, advise on compensation and market conditions, and maintain accurate pipeline documentation.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers through product-led motions: drive activation, adoption, expansion, and renewals. Advise customers on AI-driven creative workflows, structure pilots and POCs, lead executive reviews, and influence product and GTM strategy through customer insights and strategic account planning.

Lead strategic finance functions including FP&A, modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, reporting, and KPI development. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations to evaluate investments, pricing, and growth initiatives. Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing to drive acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. Own and optimize the GPU platform for training and inference: manage Talos/Sidero clusters, maximize GPU utilization (>95%), tune distributed training (NCCL, InfiniBand/RoCE), run GitOps (ArgoCD/Helm/Terraform), implement autoscaling (KEDA/Kafka), monitor observability and SLOs, and partner with ML teams to improve throughput, reduce costs, and shorten incident MTTR.

Own and grow Higgsfield AI's Reddit community: manage the subreddit, drive engagement, identify trends and authors, run a power-user program, and create resonant content aligned with GenAI narratives.

Write short, data-driven LinkedIn and social posts, draft press releases and company announcements, translate technical/internal updates into clear shareable copy, partner with cross-functional teams to maintain on-brand messaging, and track AI/tech content trends to adapt voice.

Lead global B2B and crisis communications for Higgsfield AI: own executive messaging, enterprise customer narratives, reputation management, crisis planning/execution, and agency/media relationships. Partner with Legal, Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to position the company as a trusted enterprise AI platform and drive thought leadership, executive visibility, customer case studies, and strategic communications across commercial channels.

Lead global consumer PR strategy for Higgsfield AI, managing media campaigns, creator and entertainment relations, product launch communications, agency partners, and executive visibility to position the company as a culturally relevant AI consumer brand.

Design and optimize prompts, presets, and generative content pipelines (image, video, audio, text). Build and configure LLM-based agents, and collaborate with ML and product teams to integrate new features.
