Own cloud and ML infrastructure security: tenant isolation, GPU cluster and model protection, vulnerability management, network segmentation, centralized monitoring, and access governance while partnering with DevOps and ML teams.

Perform pre-release pentests of web, API, and admin surfaces, threat-model new features, find and repro authorization flaws in multi-tenant systems, join design/code reviews, and build automated guardrails and standards to prevent recurring vulnerability classes.

Owner of growth analytics: build and maintain ETL pipelines and dashboards, analyze the full funnel (acquisition to revenue), surface insights and hypotheses, reconcile tracking across tools, automate reporting, and enable fast, data-driven decisions for the growth team.

Lead high-impact partnership sourcing, structuring, and closing across model providers, platforms, celebrities, and top creators. Build repeatable processes, drive high-stakes negotiations, generate qualified pipeline for B2B Sales, and hand off scalable growth motions to the broader team.

Own and optimize the GPU platform for training and inference: manage Talos/Sidero clusters, maximize GPU utilization (>95%), tune distributed training (NCCL, InfiniBand/RoCE), run GitOps (ArgoCD/Helm/Terraform), implement autoscaling (KEDA/Kafka), monitor observability and SLOs, and partner with ML teams to improve throughput, reduce costs, and shorten incident MTTR.

Lead and scale global demand generation for enterprise and PLG: develop integrated campaigns (paid, ABM, content, email, webinars, events, partnerships), optimize funnel and attribution, build reporting and automation, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, revenue, and expansion.

Design and optimize prompts, presets, and generative content pipelines (image, video, audio, text). Build and configure LLM-based agents, and collaborate with ML and product teams to integrate new features.

Own and grow Higgsfield AI's Reddit community: manage the subreddit, drive engagement, identify trends and authors, run a power-user program, and create resonant content aligned with GenAI narratives.

Lead global consumer PR strategy for Higgsfield AI, managing media campaigns, creator and entertainment relations, product launch communications, agency partners, and executive visibility to position the company as a culturally relevant AI consumer brand.

The Film/Commercial Director will create compelling visual content, lead projects from concept to execution, and experiment with AI-driven filmmaking techniques.

Generate and validate high-quality annotations for AI model development and evaluation.
