Access is building a modern go-to-market engine that turns customer data, market signals, intent, and relationship intelligence into prioritized opportunities and coordinated action across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The GTM Intelligence Engineer will own the intelligence and automation layer of this model.
This role will not own the underlying CRM, data warehouse, marketing automation, or integration platforms. The GTM Intelligence Engineer will partner with IT, Enterprise Data, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and platform owners to onboard tools, define requirements, configure capabilities, and deploy workflows.
This is a builder role, not a system-administration role. The successful candidate will translate commercial problems into working, measurable GTM solutions.
What This Role OwnsGTM Intelligence

- Identify whitespace, cross-sell, upsell, new-logo, renewal, and retention opportunities.

- Build workflow logic for alerts, tasks, account lists, sequences, campaigns, and follow-up actions.
- Configure workflows in partnership with IT and platform owners.
- Ensure automation is coordinated and does not create duplicate or conflicting outreach.
- Work with Product Marketing, Product, Operations, and data teams to define the data and signals required for each GTM use case.
- Partner with IT and Enterprise Data to onboard enrichment, intent, relationship, and market-intelligence providers.
- Translate business needs into clear configuration, integration, and data requirements.
- Validate that data is accurate, timely, and usable before activation.
- Build closed-loop measurement system that covers every GTM play.
- Track performance from account identification through engagement, meetings, pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
- Run structured experiments on targeting, timing, sequencing, and messaging.
- Scale what works and stop or redesign what does not.
- Build dashboards and reporting with Revenue Operations and analytics teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, IT, Enterprise Data, and Product.
- Translate commercial priorities into technical and configuration requirements.
- Partner with IT on platform onboarding, security, architecture, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Support user acceptance testing, frontline adoption, and workflow enablement.
- Explain technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical commercial leaders.
- Manage external vendors and implementation partners from a business-use-case perspective.
The role does not own CRM administration, marketing automation administration, data warehouse ownership, integration-platform ownership, core data engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, or production infrastructure.
The role owns the commercial use case, business logic, configuration requirements, workflow design, and performance measurement.
