As a Global Supply Chain Graduate, you will go through three rotations of 8 months. The first one will be in Supply Chain Management at our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a Supply Chain department outside Denmark, and finally you come back to HQ, but in a different department.
Joining our Graduate Program September 1st, 2025, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.
With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.
The team you will be part of
... will differ very much, depending on where you will spend your rotations. You will be exposed to as many different parts of our business as possible – even business areas outside of Supply Chain if you and we see the right match. But if you know where you want to specialize from the get-go, we will do our best to meet your wishes as well.
Moreover, you will become part of a network of 15 fellow graduates. Some will also be working within Supply Chain Management while others are exploring areas such as Engineering, Finance, Business, Marketing, or IT.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Learn more about the supply chain process and get insight into the day-to-day management as well as the strategic direction of operations in a world-leading tech company

Participate in initiatives related to our global strategy and work with projects focusing on optimizing processes across our divisions in Global Operations

Work with our external manufacturing and get insights to our manufacturing landscape

Take part in ensuring delivery performance according to customer expectations and working with in-house and outsourced distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing across a supply chain spanning the entire globe
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

Have a relevant master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or International Business. Potentially with elective courses from a technical background, Project Management, Program Management or similar

Maximum 1 year of full-time work experience

Have good facilitation- and project management skills

Are self-driven and take ownership

Have an understanding for/experience with working in a global workplace with colleagues across the globe

Have an interest in the supply chain / sourcing world and a keen interest to learn and develop the appropriate, toolset, skillset & mindset to succeed

Have international experience through internships, study abroad programs, or volunteering. If circumstances such as COVID-19 have prevented you from gaining international experience, please specify

The recruitment process
After application deadline, selected candidates will be invited for an online interview and abstract reasoning test. Those who are selected to continue the recruitment process will receive a personality assessment and be invited for the in-person Graduate Assessment Day, taking place February 4th at our HQ in Ballerup.
