You will be part of Transformation & Value Management Office (VMO) that defines the operating model and governance, and drives agile portfolio management and value stream efficiency in collaboration with our Lean-Agile Center of Excellence in our journey of transforming GN into an agile enterprise.
Drive strategy implementation and connect the dots
As a Strategy & Transformation Manager in the Transformation & Value Management Office, you lead and/or work with strategic initiatives that drive better business results for R&D, contributing directly to our purpose of Bringing People Closer at GN. Your responsibilities will include

Provide leadership support to R&D Leadership Team

Identify strategic change initiatives as part of strategy execution, and connect the dots to our corporate strategy and long-term aspirations

Support and/or drive these strategic change initiatives across R&D, including stakeholder engagement, planning, implementing, measuring, and anchoring changes in the culture and processes
-
Facilitate and prepare materials for the transformation leadership governance meetings with the R&D Leadership team, and stakeholders communication

Secure input and alignment with collaboration partners outside of R&D, such as product quality, global operations, IT, business divisions

Facilitate setting and reporting of KPIs, collecting and reporting data that demonstrate the progress of the transformation efforts
You are passionate about change management and are an excellent communicator
You are a solid team player, eager to learn and thrive in a complex stakeholder environment. You have a structural and systematic approach when it comes to problem solving – with a keen eye to details when it comes to preparation of presentation materials for stakeholders. Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration and have worked in complex R&D setup

Are good at multi-tasking and have a huge drive for success

Are analytical and are not afraid to challenge and include diverse opinions

Have excellent stakeholder management skills

Have excellent communication skills and a good command of English

Have good hands-on skills when it comes to PowerPoint, Excel, preferably also Power BI and Azure DevOps

Are preferably certified in SAFe, if not, you will get the opportunity to be certified
