In the role as Integration Manager, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will oversee and facilitate early and iterative system level integration activities during the development process, to ensure technical maturity.
The team you will be part of
At our headquarter in Ballerup, you will join the Systems Integration and Verification team in Development Center Hearing, part of the R&D department. We are a diverse team of specialists working together with colleagues from our development teams to ensure that our advanced technology and new innovative product features works across our advanced hearing aids system. Our work environment is flexible, and you will have freedom to explore our products and influence many exciting product releases.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will
Ensure integration of the product and platform deliverables that implements our new innovative system features and technologies, facilitating the technical maturity.
The integration manager also catalyzes adoption of methodologies and processes within the company in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. To do so, the integration manager collaborates closely with other system engineers (architects, requirement managers, verification leads) and the development teams.
More specifically, you will:

Prepare integration plans for new system features and technologies, defining the strategy and execution plan to ensure early and incremental integration.

Implement early and iterative integration of new product features and technology together with development teams.

Lead and execute integration camps and innovation camps in various formats creating a culture of early and continuous integration.

Follow the product development from scoping, system requirements, development, verification, and release.

Report and provide visibility on system integration status and results.

Facilitate implementation of company's user-centric, and data leveraged strategy within R&D, and continuously work with other stakeholders to improve our ways of working.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you
-
Have an engineering education with developer background, e.g., within (embedded) SW or as system architect
-
Possess extensive skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication.

Have experience with development of complex products and systems

Have capability to take initiative and facilitate collaboration across several development teams
-
Preferably are familiar with agile development, e.g., SAFe
-
Speak and write English fluently
It's advantageous to have a background in product development within regulated sectors, such as medical devices
